By accessing or using the Drivehouse platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including tenant operators (dealerships and rental businesses) and their end customers.
Drivehouse is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides infrastructure for luxury dealerships and exotic vehicle rental operators to manage their fleet, bookings, customer relationships, and payment processing. Drivehouse is not a rental company and does not own, lease, or operate any vehicles.
Tenant operators are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Drivehouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Payment processing is facilitated through Stripe Connect. Each tenant connects their own Stripe Express account. Drivehouse collects a platform fee on each transaction as agreed upon during onboarding. All payment disputes, refunds, and chargebacks are subject to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.
Each tenant's data is logically isolated within the platform. Drivehouse enforces strict tenant-scoped data access controls to prevent cross-tenant data exposure. Tenants are responsible for the data they collect from their customers and must comply with all applicable data protection regulations.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) upload or transmit malicious code; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform; (d) attempt to access another tenant's data; or (e) use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate vehicle rental operations.
The Drivehouse platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the proprietary property of Drivehouse. Tenants retain ownership of their own content, branding assets, and customer data uploaded to the platform.
Drivehouse provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Drivehouse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Drivehouse is not liable for any disputes between tenants and their customers, including vehicle condition, rental agreements, or insurance claims.
Drivehouse may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered tenant operators. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
